I went out with Ellie last night. T'was great! We went to Chicago Rock; just me and her in the end because her mate, Ruth, had been let down by her other friend. Shame. Still, a great night nonetheless.
Ellie came to mine at 8pm, we got a taxi to town which cost only 3 quid. Bargain. We walked to Pinnacle and had a couple of drinks there. We had wanted to go to Yates's but there was these 3 friend's of Ellie's ex, Rik, there who'd told Rik she'd cheated on him with some tall dark-haired bloke (IE my brother cos she hung out with him a lot), and Rik went mental oriental on her.
We walked down to Chicago at 8.30ish and got some drinks in. Luckily the bouncers aren't on until 9pm so I didn't have any trouble getting in. i probably wouldn't have anyway, I can get served most places as it is.
We were both drinking VK Ice then we got in a round of Archer's shots. Nice shit that. We had so much to drink that night. Drinks were all £1.50 so we had one after the other.
Ellie knew loads of people there since she's one of their regulars; she's there a LOT apparently. She was talking to one of the bouncers called Sweety (dunno why he's called that) he's kinda fit though. She also got chatting to this woman Tara and her friend who're like 30-odd. Nice group of people. Funny too.
Then we went and hung out with this bloke called Ben who's 20 the same as Ellie and he had this fit mate called... something, haha, IDK what. I told Ellie I thought he was fit and she told Ben, then Ben went and told his mate and his mate kept trying to make his way towards me.. he's 24 btw. I felt really shy, cos y'know when you like someone too much to make a move..? Well. Yeah.
As we came to leave at like midnight some black dude who looked about 28 kept feeling my arse and then he turned me towards him and said "Sorry, you've got a nice arse." to which I just smiled at him. Then he said "You've got a lovely smile too!". I was like "Aw, thanks.", then I walked off.
I hadn't eaten anything but a bowl of sliced fruit all day and that was at 3pm. I was starving when we were coming to leave so me and Ellie went to Britannia fish bar and I bought us some chips to share. While in the fish bar we sat down to eat and this 33 year-old bloke came over and sat on the next table and said to me that the 2 blokes at the counter had flipped a coin to see who was gonna get me (~_^).
Eventually the other 2 came over and sat next to him and they agreed they'd flipped a coin for me, and they all kept asking me who I was gonna choose to give my number to. Neither of them were particularly stunning but they weren't ugly.. which I guess isn't bad for me (^_^). hehe. One of them was called Russell; he was 22, the other was called.. Ted, I think; he was 27..
..Anyways, so that i could escape I had to give my number to one of them.. Me being slightly tipsy, i couldn't even think of my old number to give them so i just reeled off my actual number. There was also a chance he might've rang me there and then to check it wasn't fake. Ah well. Ellie said I should be careful because Russell, the one who was probably the better looking of the 2 was a bit of a prick. If he phones me, which I think he did on my missed calls earlier, then i might pretend to be someone else to get him off my back.
Other than that.. Hmm. Outside the fish bar that same black dude came over to me and was trying to chat me up, practically asking me my address (which I would never give out!), and he was hoping for my number he told me.
When Ellie finished her fag we went for a taxi then went back to my house. the fare was only 5 quid. Another bargain since it was gone midnight at this time. Usually it's double fare.
We sat in my house til 1.30 trying to get a huge fucking moth outta my house. Sadly it died in the process. Hmm. I'd like to take this time to have a minute's silence. *silence*...
...*1 minute passes* I didn't manage to fall asleep last night until 3.30am. Psh! I woke up this morning at 10.10.
Ellie text me asking if I was OK from the night before. I missed it because I was downstairs and my phone is kinda poo now. Isn't as loud as it used to be..
..She phoned the house phone and asked if I wanted to go to town to get some credit with her and shop for a little bit. We went up at 12.30 on the bus.. I got on for a child.. hehe.
I bought a silver ring which was only £2.40, size M which is kinda small. I have definately lost weight. My crop turn-up jeans fit me without having to breathe in to do them up and I don't feel squished when i wear them now. yay. My ring size has gone down from a size P, to a size M.
I also bought Kelly's birthday present. I hope she likes it. I bought her these 3 little cute candle pots with purple beading on one, pink on the other, and cream on the third. They are to hold little Tea Lights. Cute.
That was all I bought. Ellie bought a khaki jacket from New Look. It was funny. She got it in AGE 12-13! Can you believe it?! Perfect fit. Crazy.
Lyndsey served her, aka my arch enemy- Bitch Face. Ellie knows her n'all. Gah. She said she likes her.. I'm like OMG! I just said I can't stand her. But Ellie only knows/likes her because she knows her older brother. If she knew her the way I do then she probably wouldn't think the same way.
Ellie also bought her mate, who's turning 25, a nice silver ring.
We ate at Pinnacle. We both had this chicken meal. Hmm.. it had a cool name but i can't remember it. It was chicken with bacon on top of it covered in barbecque sauce and melted cheese, with a portion of curly fries and salad - the salad had a spicy/bitter taste to it so i left that.
These two blokes - Mike; 24 and Collin; 26 - who Ellie knows both came in to join us. Collin finished off what i couldn't eat. He seemed nice. We dragged Mike round to help us shop - that was when we bought everything I listed above.
Us 3 then met Collin in The Queen's Head in town. We played pool and had some drinks. I didn't have anything alcy. I'm good. Neither did Ellie.
There was this blatantly gay bloke walking around the pub who apparently usually works there. He's called Matt, so I'm told. he was wearing girly, low-slung, black boot-leg jeans with a chain belt from which his mobile was dangling. He also had on a tight, white vest-top which had 'Sexy Minx' written on it. He had long blonde hair to about his shoulders, which was swept back into a ponytail with bits hanging down. He walked with a swagger. Haha, so funny.
Collin tried his best to make conversation with me, bless him. He dragged me over to pick out some music on the jukebox. I picked Stutter by Joe and Ignition by R Kelly. Proper tunes, can't go wrong with them. Seemed like he couldn't wait for everyone to wander away so he could talk to me properly.
Me and Ellie hope to go to town again tomorrow night, to Time. Can't wait. She said she'd lend me some money cos I didn't get chance to go to the bank to withdraw some for Friday night. Ooooh.
Y'know. After everything I said about Katie and Emma, I think someone's trying to make me change my mind...
...Right before I was getting ready yesterday, at like 6.30pm, Emma rang me. She told me she passed her driving test and we chatted about what we were up to and what we were doing that night.
-- She's got a free house while her parents are down south for the week. I mentioned how Katie hadn't rang me and i said that katie made out Emma was in a mood with her through spending a lot of time with Jimmy, and Emma said "She doesn't spend a lot of time with him, she spends ALL her time with him. And I didn't have a go at her or fall out with her, I just mentioned it to her and she took it the wrong way!". So there's proof that Katie exaggerates things to make them sound 10 times worse than they are, or 10 times better when she makes out her night out was "SOOOO great!" when it's really just slightly funny in some way, in a 'guess you had to be there' kinda way.
Emma said that when Jimmy is available Katie will dump Emma and everyone else just to spend the night with him, and when Jimmy makes other plans Katie calls Emma to have someone to hang out with. Emma said it was pissing her off how she feels like she can use her as and when it suits her.
Emma also said I should go to her's one night and hang out with them, and because my beef is mainly with Katie because of how she acts around them compared to how she acts around me, and how she wont stick up for herself or change her schedule to make time for me unless it suits her, I said that I might go down one of the nights soon. Not until I have money. But still..
..Emma said she can pick me up in future!
It was nice to hear from her. And it surprised me that she phoned me without anyone being with her to tell her to do it for any particular reason.
I could actually take Emma to Chicago because she's independent away from the rest of the group, so she probably wont need them all to be with her to make her want to go there. Unlike if I asked Katie, she'd probably feel she wanted a larger group to go so she doesn't feel so intimidated.
...BTW, Ellie is now going out with James Hall (aka Jim, don't get confused with Jimmy if ever i refer to him as Jim). She got with him on Friday and apparently they've shagged twice already. But they've known each other for ages anyway. Maybe my friends getting with the lads I like [in Jimmy and Jim's case] is some kinda omen that I'm not supposed to be with them. Maybe my life is to take some other route with someone else or no one at all. We shall see.
